Who we are
Taxi Rive-Sud is a private, independent taxi service on Montreal’s South Shore, operated by its owner-driver — not a dispatch centre.
A compliant service
Our rides are provided in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Commission des transports du Québec and the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec. The vehicle and driver hold the authorizations required for paid passenger transportation.
Fares and payment
Fares are not quoted in advance. Every ride is metered at the official regulated rates in effect. Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride.
Requesting a ride
A request sent through this site is not a confirmed ride: a Taxi Rive-Sud team member calls you back to confirm the pickup and the details.
Our commitment
We are committed to professional, courteous service. If we are unable to take your ride, we let you know promptly. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time, availability at all times, or a particular outcome, especially in circumstances beyond our control.
Service area
The areas shown are indicative. A request from outside the area may be accepted or declined on a case-by-case basis, which the callback will clarify.
Mutual respect
Safety and respect come first. Taxi Rive-Sud has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, abusive language, and dangerous or unlawful behaviour on board. The driver may decline or end a ride when safety or respect is not assured.
Your information
The information you provide is used to answer your message or handle your service request. It is not used for promotional purposes without separate permission. Read the privacy policy for information about providers, retention periods, and your rights.
